Nicolas Metro founder of Kinomé, about Eric Eustache:
Eric is a real social business angel!
He has a distinct flair and vision for identifying breakthrough innovation projects which bring
social, environmental and economical value to local communities in particular and to society in
general.
But he goes further, as he accompanies them on a day to day basis, patiently, sometimes for
years, until they stand on their 2 (or more!) feet and reach large scale rollout stage. He also
connects his social entrepreneur partners between themselves, thereby accelerating their
learning curve and developing common values and momentum.
In the case of Kinomé, Eric came on board at a strategic moment to manage my Paris based
team during over one year while I was on a trip around the world to visit reforestation projects
and identify new partners. Even more importantly, he brought major creativity, experience and
impetus in the creation of Trees and Life, a worldwide movement federating village based tree
planting/protecting projects with a view to improving local livelihood and climate. He also had a
major role in getting things off the ground on the field in Senegal where we started our first
project.
A social business angel with a green hand... gardening the new economy!
